We recently purchased a Villa in Mar Menor, Murcia, Spain. We needed to move some furniture and personal items from our UK home in the West Midlands. I contacted 3 moving companies specialising in UK/Spain removals.
PremierMoves were the fastest off the mark to provide a quote and to explain how they work and the timing. They not only had the lowest price but could also get to our UK base in a few days to collect the items. The other companies were slow to react,  had prices over 50% higher and could not collect the items for weeks.

The drivers battled through snow and bad weather to meet the arranged the pickup time and were very quick in carefully packing the items into their van. Within 3 days the furniture and household effects were safely in the PremierMoves warehouse in Southern Spain. They stored the items for free until we arrived in Spain two weeks later.  As arranged the delivery van arrived on the scheduled morning. Everything was unpacked and positioned as instructed. They even took away  a large sofa, an easy chair and some beds we inherited that were surplus to requirements. They take them to a charity.

All in all with rapid phone and email communications, professional and courteous staff, timely pickup and delivery and a very reasonable cost, we are tremendously impressed by the company and have no hesitation in using them again if needed. We are very pleased we chose PremierMoves Spain.

Premier moved my household effects from Torrevieja in Alicante to Oxfordshire recently. I found them competitively priced, amenable to requests to modify the normal contract and generally easy to get on with. I was impressed with their professionalism during the move, from the collection of the goods to storage in their own, secure, warehouse, and the transport and delivery of the goods in Oxfordshire. The goods were insured during each phase and the policy was available in their office for all to see.

The goods arrived in good order at the time stated immediately after the Brittany ferry operators strike. I expected several days delay after the ferries started operating after the strike but Premier seemed to get priority and delivered shortly afterwards.

Nothing was too much trouble for you, with you making several phone calls to me in the UK, collecting the car from my doorstep in the UK in covered transport on the agreed date and time and then storing the car at your secure warehouse in Spain until I arrived.

You even found time to arrange for someone to collect me on a Sunday morning from my house in Gran Alacant and take me to collect my car from your warehouse. Not one extra scratch!

I can't thank you enough for being so helpful & accommodating in getting our possessions to Spain. We changed the amount of boxes we needed to send about 4 times in the week before collection, and even added 2 more on the day. The drivers were delayed 6 hours with problems on the M25 arriving late on a Sunday night in awful weather, but nothing was too much trouble. In Spain you stored our goods till we arrived,  then delivered them having to carry everything up to our 3rd floor flat as the lifts were out of order. We couldn't have asked for a better service and have already had the opportunity to recommend you. We are looking forward to using your services again when we finally retire next year next year - Cant  wait!

Recently I had the task of organising the transportation of numerous household items to be sent from the UK to in Spain. These Items were to be delivered to multiple addresses of both friends and relations in Benijofar and Daya Nueva.

When I returned to the UK, and now on a tight deadline due to a short window in July/August when relatives would be in Spain to accept the delivery, I was forced to make sudden telephone calls to numerous companies using adverts from the ‘Coast Rider’ newspaper. I finally decided to use a company that I had never spoken to before or even had any prior recommendations about. However when I did telephone them they were clear-cut with their replies.

To summarise they made life very simple and uncomplicated. They produced an excellent service at a competitive price. I would definitely use the company again and would strongly recommend them.

Once the sale of our house in Durham was agreed, we contacted two firms for quotes for the removal of our belongings to Spain. Premiermove replied promptly with a price per cubic metre, the second company took a week, and quoted a higher price because of the distance from London.

Premiermove talked us through the process and explained everything thoroughly. We provided a list of the items to be transported (give or take a box or two) and they calculated the size of our load, the total price and explained the payment procedure. Once Premiermove had our completion date, they planned the collection and delivery.

Part loads are not an exact science but we were telephoned about changes to timings as soon as they were known, whether it was inside or outside office hours. Premiermove were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and accessible at all times.

We would thoroughly recommend them.
